Style Coaching helps you understand why certain clothing works for you so you can make confident choices in your wardrobe. Rather than telling you what to wear, the process focuses on teaching you how clothing design, proportion, color, and lifestyle work together so you can build a wardrobe that feels natural and authentic.

A stylist typically selects clothing or outfits for you. Style Coaching focuses on helping you develop the skills to recognize what works for you on your own. The goal isn’t just to create a few outfits — it’s to help you understand your personal style so you can make confident decisions every day.

If you’ve previously worked with Ladybird Styling, your experience may already give you a strong foundation. -
Yes. You don’t need a large wardrobe for Style Coaching to be effective. Whether you have many pieces or just a few, the clothing you own still contains patterns and clues that help us understand what works for you.
-
No. We start with the clothing you already own. By looking at what you already have, we can begin to identify patterns in the pieces you gravitate toward and better understand what works for you.

That’s actually very common, and it’s exactly what Style Coaching is designed to help with. Through the process, we begin to recognize patterns in the clothing you’re naturally drawn to and understand the design elements that work best for you. Over time, those patterns reveal a style that feels authentic and natural.

No. Style Coaching isn’t about telling you what to wear. The goal is to help you understand why certain clothing works for you so that you can make confident decisions on your own.
As we work together, I’ll help guide you in making those decisions. Once we have a clearer understanding of your style, I can make suggestions and help you expand your wardrobe in ways that feel natural to you.
